The fuse's color indicates the ampere rating, which adheres to DIN 72581/1 standards. If you own a car from the 1980s or earlier, it may have a Bosch fuse. Figure2:Bosch Fuses   Glass Tube Type Fuses Up until 1986, a variety of tube type (cylindrical) glass fuses were commonly used in the manufacture of automobiles in the United States. The majority of these fuses were 1/4 inch in diameter but varied in length and were labeled with the AG suffix for 'automotive glass,' for example, 1AG, 3AG, 7AG, 8AG, SFE fuses, and so on. These glass fuses were typically available in 1A to 30A ratings. Glass Tube Fuses are still manufactured for a variety of different applications, despite the fact that they are no longer commonly used in vehicles. If you own a car manufactured in Northern America in 1986 or earlier, it may have a Glass Tube Type Fuse. Lucas Type Fuses are available in both ceramic and glass tube varieties. The ceramic fuse is easily distinguished by its canonical ends and measures 1 or 1.25 inches in length. When compared to American Glass Tube Fuses, Lucas Glass Tube Fuses have different diameter sizes. Many Lucas Fuse Holders, however, can accommodate their American Glass Tube Fuse counterparts. If you own a 1986 or earlier British model car, or a car assembled in Britain, and the fuse type is ceramic, you may need to look for a Lucas Fuse. Figure4:Lucas Fuses   Ⅶ How to Inspect Car Fuses? Car fuses are single-use and should not need to be replaced unless they have blown. As a result, regular maintenance is rarely required, and in most cases, a simple visual check will suffice to determine whether or not the fuse is still in good working order. When a fuse blows or breaks, the wire is disconnected, and it is usually obvious that the continuous connection has broken or melted. When a visual inspection is not possible or additional confirmation is required, you can use a multimeter to check the fuse's status. This can be accomplished in one of two ways: Simply place the probes on either end of the fuse while the multimeter is in continuity mode. It enables the device to perform an electrical test and determine whether the fuse has continuity throughout. If the multimeter shows a high resistance or an error message (depending on the type of multimeter), the fuse is most likely not connected and has blown. It is a great way to use the multimeter's ohmmeter setting to check the fuse's resistance. Before taking this measurement, remember to remove the fuse from the fuse box or housing. Place the probes on both ends of the fuse once more. A low reading, close to zero, usually indicates that the circuit is open and the fuse is working properly. There are a few quick ways to check if a car fuse is blown. To begin, locate the fuse that controls whatever device isn't working. You can find a diagram inside the fuse box lid, in the owner's manual, or online. Then, using fuse pullers, remove the fuse - make sure your car is completely turned off before you do this! Next, look for visible signs of discoloration or broken filaments on the fuse. After that, you can replace the car fuse. There may be multiple Fuse Boxes. Most cars have two fuse boxes, one under the hood and the other beneath the dashboard beneath the steering wheel. Your owner's manual will help you locate your fuse box. If you don't have one for your car, a free copy can usually be found by conducting a Google search. Before attempting to remove a fuse, locate the fuse puller – if the vehicle has one – as this will assist you in quickly and cleanly removing the affected fuse. If the switch output is used, it will be turned on within the set window and turned off outside the window. In addition, the analog quantity and the switch quantity output can set up the detection window independently.The maximum linearity of the laser displacement sensor adopting the triangulation method can reach 1um, and the resolution can reach the level of 0.1um. For example, the ZLDS100 type sensor can achieve high resolution of 0.01%, high linearity of 0.1%, high response of 9.4KHz, and can adapt to harsh environments. 🔺The Echo AnalysisThe laser displacement sensor uses the principle of echo analysis to measure the distance to achieve a certain degree of accuracy. The inside of the sensor is composed of a processor unit, an echo processing unit, a laser transmitter, and a laser receiver. The laser displacement sensor emits one million laser pulses per second through the laser transmitter to the detection object and returns to the receiver. The processor calculates the time required for the laser pulse to meet the detection object and return to the receiver to calculate the distance. The output value is the average output of thousands of measurement results. It is measured by the so-called pulse time method. The laser echo analysis method is suitable for long-distance detection, but the measurement accuracy is lower than that of the laser triangulation method, and the farthest detection distance can reach 250m. Then install them on a straight line parallel to the production line, and determine the distance between the three laser displacement sensors according to the measurement accuracy you need. Finally, you need to make this object move in a direction parallel to the installation line.When the production line and the sensor installation line are parallel, the greater the difference between the distances measured by the three sensors, the worse the straightness of the object, and the smaller the difference between the distances measured by the three sensors, indicating the straightness of the object. A straightness percentage can be established based on the length of the object and the distance between the three sensors, so as to obtain a quantified signal output, which has got the quantified signal output of detecting the object straightness. And the probe is composed of two parts: a transmitting fiber and a receiving fiber. For the displacement and vibration of small objects, the conventional non-contact displacement sensor is limited by the reflection area and the measuring result is not ideal, while the optical fiber displacement sensor can be made into a very small probe (minimum 0.2mm diameter). What’s more, it can also be made into a form of linear transmission and reception. The displacement value can be calculated by measuring the degree of obstruction of the optical fiber during the displacement process. The accuracy can reach 0.01um, and the range can be up to 4mm.
