Description

The Infineon CY7C63413C-PVXC is an 8-bit one-time programmable microcontroller for a variety of non-USB embedded systems. the CY7C63413C-PVXC features an 8kb EPROM, power-on reset logic, a watchdog timer, a vector interrupt controller and a 12-bit free-running timer.
