74HC08 Video Description: 7408 is a quad 2 input AND gate integrated circuit (IC). I use one of the AND gates to demonstrate lighting an LED based on whether the 2 inputs are both high or not.  I show how pull up/pull down resistors work, and using the output to either source or sink current for an LED with protective resistor.
