The MPSH24 is a low-noise, single NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) manufactured by Rochester Electronics, LLC. It is designed for use in very high frequency (VHF) applications and has a maximum transition frequency of 400MHz. The transistor is packaged in a TO-226-3 or TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package and is available in a tube packaging format.
