MCP602 Description

The MCP602 uses Microchip's advanced CMOS technology, which provides low bias current, high-speed operation, high open-loop gain and rail-to-rail output swing. The MCP602 operates with a single supply voltage that can be as low as 2.7V, while drawing less than 325uA of quiescent current per amplifier. The MCP602 is available in standard 8-lead PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. This amplifier is ideal for industrial process control, low-power battery-operated devices, portable equipment, data acquisition equipment, test equipment and low-end audio applications.
MCP602 is suitable for low power and battery operated circuits due to low quiescent current. It also used in A/D convert driver amplifiers because of its wide bandwidth and also used for anti aliasing filter by virtue of low input bias current.

The MCP602-I/P is a dual Operational Amplifier IC has a gain bandwidth product of 2.8MHz with low typical operating current of 230µA and an offset voltage that is less than 2mV. The MCP602-I/P uses Microchip's advanced CMOS technology, which provides low bias current, high-speed operation, high open-loop gain and rail-to-rail output swing. The MCP602-I/P operates with a single supply voltage that can be as low as 2.7V, while drawing less than 325 of quiescent current per amplifier.
The MCP602-I/SN is a dual CMOS operational amplifier in 8 pin SOIC package. This low power op amp utilizes an advanced CMOS technology that provides low bias current, high speed operation, high open loop gain and rail to rail output swing. The common mode input voltage range goes 0.3V below ground making this device as ideal for single supply operation.
