Product Description:

The STD90N02L is a low-threshold N-Channel MOSFET from STMicroelectronics, part of the STripFET III series. It is a surface-mount device with a TO-252-3 package, also known as DPak (2 leads + tab), SC-63. The device is designed for switching applications and has a maximum power dissipation of 70W.

• High current rating of 60A continuous drain current (ID) at 25°C
