Magnasphere

For the first time, Magnasphere Corp. has implemented a major improvement to a two-wire sealed magnetic switch. This is the result of our efforts over the past 60 years. We are proud of our patented, award-winning Magnasphere switch. This new technology eliminates the fragile and magnetic tampering weakness of the reed switch. At the same time, it still retains the advantages of non-contact drive and sealed contacts. The Magnasphere switch can be used as a compact, extremely low-cost stand-alone ferrous metal proximity sensor. Its internal contacts are spherical magnets, so it can sense the presence of ferrous materials. In the United States, our products are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO standards. We are committed to providing design engineers with solutions to the inherent problems of other magnetic switch technologies.
