STM32F103ZET6 Product Overview

The STM32F103ZET6 performance line family includes an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 72 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 512 Kbytes and SRAM up to 64 Kbytes), and high-speed embedded memories. Each device includes three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers, up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, a USB port, and a CAN interface.

 

The STM32F103ZET6 high-density performance line family runs between a power supply of 2.0 and 3.6 V and a temperature range of -40 to +105 °C. The development of low-power applications is made possible by a wide range of power-saving modes.
